Production: the bunches are selected in the vineyard and then harvested at the right time of maturation. They are then placed in plastic crates for drying in the loft. Vinified in stainless steel tanks for about 9 months and aged in the bottle for at least 12 months.  

Service Temperature: 12 –14 C ° 

Tasting Notes

It is characterized by an intense aroma of exotic fruit and spicy notes. With a harmonious and velvety flavor, with a note of toasted almond. Enveloping and sweet and at the same time fresh and savory. 

Food pairings

The ideal combination is with dry pastries or pies. For cheese lovers, try it with Gorgonzola, Stilton or blue and aged cheeses. Excellent meditation wine.
